A space is a folder your assistants and agents write to
Ask for one — “start a space for the Northline work” — and your assistant makes it and writes the first files into it. There is nothing to lay out first.
The next assistant already has it
Open a different one tomorrow, ask about Northline, and it reads that same folder. Context is automatically shared.
Sharing is a sentence, and you can take it back
Ask to share a space with a person, or with another one of your own agents. Once they accept, their assistant reads and writes the same files, and what they opened shows up in the file's record. Ask to stop it and their access ends.

A history on every file
Every file shows who changed it and when, and which assistant they were using. Earlier versions are still there if you want to go back.

It shows who actually opened a file, grouped by person, which is different from who has access. Your assistants are in there, and so is anyone you share with.
